教学方面:
主要讲授《大学物理》、《大学物理实验》、《电动力学》、《电磁场与电磁波》、《学科前沿讲座》、《专业导学》等课程。先后获得“南工晨星奖教金”,南京工业大学教学成果二等奖,第十四届、第十五届、第十六届江苏省大学生物理与实验科技作品竞赛优秀指导教师奖。发表核心期刊教学论文两篇,主编出版教材两部。
指导的本科生获全国大学生物理实验竞赛三等奖1项,国家级大学生创新创业训练计划项目3项,江苏省级大学生创新创业训练计划项目1项,江苏省本科生优秀毕业论文三等奖2项,江苏省大学生物理与实验科技作品竞赛一等奖1项、二等奖2项、三等奖1项,第十七届江苏省大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛暨“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛江苏省选拔赛决赛二等奖1项。
科研方面:
主要从事表面等离激元光子学相关的研究工作。发表SCI论文50余篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者SCI论文30余篇。先后主持/参与教育部产学合作协同育人项目、教育部光电教指委教学研究项目、江苏省高等教育信息化课题、江苏省优势学科青年基金、国家自然科学基金和国家973项目子课题等教研、科研项目10余项。
