张军然

张军然,副教授,硕士研究生导师,九三学社社员。
2017年毕业于南京大学电子科学与工程学院,获博士学位,师从徐永兵教授(国家大千人、973首席),期间曾赴加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)Kang L. Wang教授课题组短期交流访学。毕业后留南京大学工作,任职副研究员。2020年加入南京工业大学,在柔性电子(未来技术)学院从事科学研究工作。
科研方面,长期从事二维光电器件研究,在新型光电子器件设计与微纳制备方面取得多项具有代表性的创新成果。以(共同)第一/通讯作者身份,在Nature Communications, Nano Letters(2篇), National Science Review, Light: Science & Applications, Nano Research(2篇), Small, IEEE Electron Device Letters等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇。获授权发明专利9项。主持并完成国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目1项(结题评审优秀,进入省优青项目答辩环节)。作为项目骨干参与国家自然科学基金联合基金重点支持项目1项(合作单位项目负责人)、国家自然科学基金“后摩尔时代新器件基础研究”重大研究计划项目1项。获2025年度江苏省材料学会科学技术奖一等奖。担任江苏省材料学会低维智能材料专业委员会委员兼副秘书长、中国激光杂志社青年编委会委员。分别入选2022年和2025年江苏省科技副总项目。
教学与实践方面,主讲《纳米集成电路制造工艺》、《大学物理》、《大学物理实验》等课程。作为指导老师(5/5),获中国国际大学生创新大赛(2025)全国一等奖。指导学生获第五届“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛全国铜奖(指导老师1/3)。获2025年江苏省会优秀教学成果奖一等奖(3/3)。获第十四届江苏省高校基础物理教师上好一堂课竞赛三等奖、南京工业大学本科毕业设计(论文)优秀指导教师、南京工业大学大学生创新创业大赛优秀奖等荣誉。
